**14. Terms for In-Store Purchases**
If you purchase products from our physical store:
14.1 **Return Policy:** Our goodwill returns policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase, except for personalized products. Returned items must be unused and with original packaging, labeling, and your receipt or e-receipt.
14.2 **Exceptions:** Certain items, including sealed health or hygiene products, used water bottles, damaged, worn, or modified items, cannot be returned. Products mixed with other items post-delivery are also excluded.
